Salary: £34,511 to £38,000 including a £2,200 market allowance FTE per annum (pro-rata for part-time)

About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] supports people through change, challenge or crisis. We are looking for two Trauma Therapists with experience of working with children to join our Bradford Children's Trauma Therapy Service. This is a temporary contract until 31st March 2027, with full-time (37 hours) and part-time (29.6 hours) options.
Main Requirements
- Qualified, registered therapist with training/experience in working with children.
- Skilled in working with complex trauma and keen to develop therapeutic skills.
- Trauma-focused approach with experience of working with children, young people and parents/carers.
- Additional clinical training in trauma/attachment focused therapy (e.g. EMDR, TF-CBT, TF-Play Therapy, DDP, Theraplay).
- Ability to think systemically about inter-generational trauma.
- Commitment to high quality therapy standards.
