Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in managing staff and service that provide Family Time. If so, we invite you to join our team as a Team Manager for Family Time in Hertfordshire.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and support a team of supervised contact workers
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of supervised contact sessions
  • Safeguarding and Risk Management: Ensure that safeguarding policies and procedures are strictly followed
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with parents, family members, social workers, and other professionals to ensure that the needs of the children are met.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare regular reports on the operation of the supervised contact service, including feedback, usage, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
