Salary: £24,206 FTE per annum (pro-rata £12,103 for 18.5 hrs/week)

Hours: 18.5 hours per week, part-time

Contract: Permanent

About the Job

Service: Children’s Trauma Therapy Service, Bradford. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] supports people through change, challenge or crisis. We are looking for an administrator to join our Bradford Children's Trauma Therapy Service to support the work of the therapy team. Bradford CTTS offers therapy to children and families who have experienced trauma through emotional, physical, sexual, domestic abuse and/or neglect and traumatic bereavement.

Main Requirements

  • Skilled administrator able to manage a busy role
  • Experience supporting a therapeutic team or professionals, ideally with children and families experiencing trauma
  • Responsible for initial triage of referrals and offering advice on access and signposting
  • Administration of the client’s journey through the service
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to keep accurate and concise records
  • Appointment subject to satisfactory DBS disclosure
