What You'll Be Doing
- Client Development – From Fortune 500 giants to the fastest-growing start-ups, from day one you'll build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Candidate Engagement – Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
- End-to-End Process Management – Own the full recruitment cycle from introductions to post-placement support.
- Embrace Technology and Data – Use best-in-class tools to identify opportunities and track market trends.
