We’re looking for a forward‑thinking ESG Advisor to help shape, drive, and embed our Environmental, Social and Governance strategy across the business. If you’re passionate about sustainability, commercially minded, and confident engaging senior leaders, this role gives you the platform to influence real change.

You’ll support the development of our ESG strategy, lead key initiatives, strengthen reporting, and ensure ESG is fully integrated into decision‑making, operations, and culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact in a growing, values‑led organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and refine the company’s ESG strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals
  • Advise senior leaders on embedding ESG into planning, operations and commercial decisions
  • Monitor ESG regulations and translate them into practical policies and processes
  • Lead ESG reporting, disclosures and data collection to recognised standards
  • Identify ESG risks and opportunities, supporting enterprise risk management
  • Deliver internal communications and training to build ESG awareness
  • Analyse ESG data, track KPIs and provide insights to drive performance
  • Support sustainability initiatives that reduce impact and create value
  • Maintain ESG governance frameworks and support ESG committees

Requirements

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate ESG principles into business outcomes
  • Confident working with data, reporting tools and dashboards
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to influence, collaborate and drive cross‑functional alignment
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in ESG, sustainability or corporate responsibility
  • Understanding of ESG frameworks (GRI, TCFD, ISSB, CDP)
  • Knowledge of environmental, social and governance issues affecting business
  • Experience integrating ESG into strategy, culture or operations
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, risk management and assurance
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
