We’re looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of field‑based telecoms projects. In this role, you’ll turn project plans into real‑world results — coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring work is delivered on time, to standard, and in line with client expectations.
You’ll act as the key link between planning and on‑site execution, driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience. With strong leadership and a hands‑on approach, you’ll guide multi‑disciplinary teams, support continuous improvement, and maintain excellent client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring safe, compliant, high‑quality delivery
- Manage project milestones, resources, risks, and reporting
- Monitor performance against KPIs and take action to keep delivery on track
- Ensure SSHEQ standards are met and champion a strong safety culture
- Build positive relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
- Coach and develop teams, supporting a high‑performance culture
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience in field operations or telecoms delivery
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience working in KPI‑driven environments
- Knowledge of NRSWA, SSHEQ requirements, and safe working practices
- Ability to manage subcontractors, resolve field issues, and coordinate with planning teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
- (Desirable) Experience in cabling operations such as sub‑ducting, cable pulling, or fibre blowing
