Full Job Description

We are looking for experienced Shift Managers to join our teams at our Foyleside and Richmond stores. Shift Supervisors create great experiences for partners and customers alike. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll run shifts, lead the coffeehouse team and make decisions that impact operations. This role is a great way to develop leadership skills and expand your responsibility.

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift supervisor will also be expected to motivate and lead their team, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and assign tasks to employees.
  • Train and supervise staff.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
  • Maintain records of employee attendance and performance.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance.
  • Monitor customer service standards and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
