Corporate Receptionist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join a high-performing Front of House team at a prestigious client site in London. This is an opportunity to deliver consistently high standards of service in a professional corporate environment, ensuring every visitor experience is smooth, efficient, and well managed.

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Occasional evening event support may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistently high level of service to clients, visitors, and colleagues
  • Manage and coordinate a seamless and efficient arrival experience for all guests
  • Greet and register all internal and external visitors in line with service standards
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with coats, luggage, and event support where required
  • Handle enquiries professionally via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication
  • Maintain strong knowledge of building facilities to effectively support and direct guests
  • Work collaboratively with service partners to deliver a unified “one team” approach
