Based within a prestigious bank in the heart of Bishopsgate, you’ll serve as a true ambassador for our client’s brand, delivering a welcome that is seamless, sophisticated, and unmistakably premium.

As a Community Host, you’ll build trusted relationships at every touchpoint, champion the full range of workplace services, and ensure colleagues and guests feel supported from the moment they arrive. You’ll take ownership of your space, anticipate needs before they surface, and deliver service that is consistently smooth, polished, and reliable.

  • Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis, between 7 AM and 7 PM)
  • Salary: £36,000 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Oversee 2–3 designated floors within the client site, ensuring a consistently high‑quality workplace experience.
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Support AV setup and coordination, while promptly logging and escalating any defects.
  • Carry out regular floor walks and audits to maintain tidiness, uphold the clear‑desk policy, and ensure all standards are met.
  • Complete daily occupancy checks and accurately record data to support effective space management.
  • Provide colleagues and visitors with friendly, proactive assistance whenever needed.
  • Contribute to creating an engaged, connected workplace community through positive interactions and on‑floor presence.
