Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 40 per week (on a shift rota basis from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 7 PM with flexibility as per client's needs).

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per annum

Main responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests, ensuring every visitor receives a warm, professional first impression.
  • Lead, support, and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate and assist with events, including planning, setup, and on‑the‑day management.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office management to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Manage meeting rooms, ensuring spaces are prepared, presentable, and used efficiently.
  • Act as the face of the business, representing the client’s brand with confidence and professionalism.
  • Support the creation of a connected, community‑focused workplace environment.
  • Adapt responsibilities as needed as the space evolves and new requirements emerge.
