About the Role

As Senior Retail Analyst, you will lead and manage central retail projects linked to key growth initiatives, providing insight-driven recommendations that support brand performance and commercial decision-making across all European Villages.

  • Lead and manage Central Projects within Growth Initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting key commercial moments across EU Villages
  • Provide retail trends and business insights to drive short- and mid-term brand performance
  • Partner closely with Brand partners to support mutual growth, attending meetings and following up on actions across the Collection
  • Support business planning, sales forecasts and long-term strategy for Central Retail Brands
  • Analyse brand mix, positioning, categories and segmentation to inform commercial decisions
  • Conduct cluster and category analysis to identify revenue and growth opportunities
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality reporting using standard tools and Power BI platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Leasing, Finance, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality and Village teams

Role Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a retail analyst or commercial analytics role, with strong financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven experience translating data and insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
  • Experience working with retail brands and building effective internal and external partnerships
  • Solid understanding of brand performance, category dynamics and retail trends
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools, ideally including Power BI
  • Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working across markets and teams
