We are looking for a commercially driven and insight‑led Senior Retail Analyst to support the Retail Directors across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in Europe. This is a highly analytical and collaborative role, focused on driving performance, unlocking growth opportunities and shaping both short‑ and long‑term retail strategy through data, trends and strong partnerships with Brand and Village teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Central Projects within Growth Initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting key commercial moments across EU Villages
- Provide retail trends and business insights to drive short‑ and mid‑term brand performance
- Partner closely with Brand partners to support mutual growth, attending meetings and following up on actions across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Support business planning, sales forecasts and long‑term strategy for Central Retail Brands
- Analyse brand mix, positioning, categories and segmentation to inform commercial decisions
- Conduct cluster and category analysis to identify revenue and growth opportunities
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality reporting using standard tools and Power BI platforms
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Leasing, Finance, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality and Village teams
Role Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience working in a retail analyst or commercial analytics role, with strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Proven experience translating data and insights into clear, actionable commercial recommendations
- Experience working with retail brands and building effective internal and external partnerships
- Solid understanding of brand performance, category dynamics and retail trends
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic discussions
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience using reporting and analytics tools, ideally including Power BI
- Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working across markets and teams
