Teacher of Mandarin

Job Description

We are looking to appoint a teacher of Mandarin who is bilingual in Mandarin and English, on a zero hours basis. The main role is delivering A Level Mandarin lessons to native speakers; there may occasionally also be some GCSE teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver A Level Mandarin lessons to native speakers
• Occasionally teach GCSE Mandarin
• Contribute to the school's academic and co-curricular programmes
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of students

Requirements

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Qualified teacher status or equivalent
• Experience teaching A Level Mandarin (preferred)
• Enhanced DBS check required
