Community Manager

The role involves content strategy, SEO, social media growth, and performance analysis, working with tools like HubSpot, SEMRush, and Google Analytics. The position is hybrid based in Hoxton, London, with 3 days in-office and 2 days WFH.

We deliver engaging events, courses & resources to help that community to #KeepUpgrading their skills, their knowledge, and their network.

What started back in 2017 as a humble side-hustle has grown to an epic team of 15+ producing a global event series, a portfolio of digital courses and an extensive library of content for a community of over 100k marketing, sales, and tech professionals. Today we work with companies like TikTok, Coca-Cola, Adobe, McKinsey and loads more. With offices based in Hoxton, you'll enjoy a split of 2 days WFH and 3 days in office, 26 days holiday and an ongoing learning budget to support growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Audience Development, your new role will see you involved in all points of the content journey from strategy, ideation, creation, distribution and reporting. Working across the three core topic areas of Marketing Technology, Sales Technology and Emerging Technology you will:

  • Assist with the execution of the Audience Development Strategy
  • Prepare and manage content calendars
  • Monitoring performance via Hubspot, social, SEMRush and Google Analytics
  • Drive SEO optimisation
  • Drive growth across our social channels
  • Stay up to date on industry-related topics
  • Govern content and maintain best-practices

Qualifications

You should apply if you...

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Are a highly creative individual who can think outside the box
  • Love to produce copy for blogs, email and social that is pithy, punchy and on point
  • Can make the complex simple and the simple compelling
  • Have high attention to detail, ‘organised’ is your middle name and you can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Are passionate, enthusiastic and have an appetite to learn
  • Possess outstanding communication skills
  • Are solutions focussed and love a challenge
  • Are technically savvy and fast learning
