Production Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Hoxton, London. This is a full-time, hybrid role focusing on production management of events and studio operations.

About the Role
The primary duties of this role centre around the production management of all virtual and live events, courses and ownership of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] studio:
- Event Production: Working closely with the Head of Events to create production specs, run content and provide a great understanding of what technical upgrades we can bring to our events.
- Content Creation: Support the Marketing and Content teams in the creation of engaging digital content for delivery across a variety of media platforms.
- Open Course Production: Build an extensive knowledge of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] learning experience platform to create both new open digital course content and bespoke corporate training areas.
- Studio Management: Take ownership of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] studio including inventory management, equipment maintenance, operating lighting, sound and video equipment, video editing, postproduction, and video asset management.
About You
We’re looking for an individual who is flexible and adaptable to varying production duties, willing to contribute to our growing products. You’ll have the right balance of skills and mindset and be looking to grow your knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth working knowledge of camera and lighting techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of audio-visual editing equipment and software (e.g., Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard.
- Working knowledge of live stream management and solutions.
- Communications skills to work with and guide clients, speakers and instructors.
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Strong project management skills.
- Personable and friendly, self-motivated, focused, commitment to learn and improve.
Experience
You might be a recent digital media graduate or be in a production role, looking to take those skills into a new position with excellent growth potential. Cultural fit, positive attitude and a strong work ethic are key attributes.
