Sales Team Lead
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a learning business focused on marketing, sales & technology. We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to join our team in Hoxton, London. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and managing a small sales team, the new hire will help us:
- Manage the sales department and individual sales executives. Run weekly sales meetings; review KPIs & deal pipeline.
- Improve the performance of the sales team through mentoring and training.
- Research and approach new clients, articulating our proposition to senior executives to convert to sales.
- Improve our outbound sales prospecting via various channels and deliver agreed calls and email figures.
- Generate appointments with key decision makers.
- Create bespoke packages tailored specifically to client goals.
- Monitor sales objectives and deliver key results.
- Support the management team with the development of growth strategies and plans.
- Drive new business development opportunities through your commercial acumen and selling skills.
- Develop the sales process and improve account-based marketing methods.
- Identify, discuss, solve (IDS) any sales issues e.g, team motivation & performance, product feedback & objection handling, speed of deal conversion, pricing, cross & upsell opportunities.
About You
What we're looking for is an individual who is flexible and adaptable to varying duties, depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff.

- Target driven, with commercial awareness to spot new opportunities.
- Ambitious, with can see opportunities and grasp them.
- A people person - you love to meet new people, connecting/chatting comes naturally.
- Able and willing to overcome objections and win the support of new clients.
- Confident.
- Articulate, with solid presentation skills.
- A team leader.
- Not afraid of hard work.
About your experience: We're looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years sales experience with a track record of meeting (and exceeding) sales targets. You will have coached and motivated sales executives in previous roles.

We believe in a mix of office and remote. Being in the office also means you get to build a relationship with Paco – our Chief Barketing Officer. Our office is based in the heart of London, just 4mins walk from Shoreditch High Street.
