This is a full-time, on-site role based in Myrtle Farm, Somerset.

What will I be doing?

  • Oversee smooth kitchen operations including rotas, stock control, menu planning, food production, and presentation
  • Work closely with front-of-house to ensure high-quality service
  • Create imaginative and high-quality food offers with the kitchen team
  • Manage costings and selling prices to achieve agreed gross profit margins
  • Develop strong working relationships with all suppliers

  • Maintain kitchen to highest cleanliness and safety standards (HACCP, COSHH)

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
