FULL DESCRIPTION

Class 2 Driver – Immediate Start

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Birmingham are currently recruiting for experienced Class 2 Drivers to support one of our clients based in the Barnsley area. Following a successful induction, this is an ongoing role with the potential for a permanent position.

Location: Barnsley area
Pay Rate: £16 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday

The Role – Class 2 Driver

1-5 deliveries per day (depending on the run)
Local depot deliveries
Start times from 6:00 AM after induction
Long working hours
Moving built kitchen units to the rear of the vehicle for offloading
Off-loading using a pump truck and tail lift
Heavy handball involved – good level of fitness required

Induction Details

Day 1 & 2: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ongoing role following successful completion

Requirements

A valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
In-date Digi Tacho and CPC card
Minimum of 1 year’s Class 2 driving experience
Flexibility with shift patterns
A reliable and punctual work ethic
No more than 6 penalty points on your licence

Pay Rate & Shifts

Pay Rate: Monday to Friday: £16 per hour

Shifts: Available Monday to Friday
