Overview

We are hiring a Global Digital Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class digital strategy for Nomad Foods, Europe’s leading frozen food business. Working closely with the Global Digital Director, you’ll sit at the heart of global planning and local activation, helping turn strategy into meaningful impact across 17 European markets. This is a role with real influence—bringing global vision together with local nuance through collaboration, curiosity and craft.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Global Digital Director to shape and roll out clear, effective digital strategies across global and local teams.
  • Supporting the planning and activation of global digital activity through the centralised Digital Hub, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
  • Leading strategic workstreams such as test-and-learn programmes and global partnerships with platforms including Google, Meta and TikTok.
  • Embedding robust measurement frameworks to track performance, optimise activity and improve outcomes across stakeholders.
  • Working closely with local market teams to ensure digital strategies are understood, adopted and adapted to local needs.
  • Helping define and strengthen processes and governance between Global teams, the Digital Hub and local markets.
  • Building trusted relationships with client and agency stakeholders, becoming a go-to partner for digital guidance on the Nomad Foods account.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital planning and activation within media or marketing environments, with hands-on exposure to paid digital channels.
  • Confidence using digital platforms and tools such as CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Google Analytics and paid social platforms.
  • A strong understanding of measurement, research and insight tools, and how to apply them to real business questions.
  • An analytical mindset with close attention to detail and a genuine interest in using data to inform decisions.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities with care and structure.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach, with a desire to learn, share knowledge and help teams succeed together.
