We're hiring a Paid Social Associate Director to play a leading role on one of the world's most iconic entertainment brands. Based in London, you'll shape how audiences experience Disney's stories across EMEA, delivering high-impact campaigns that connect creativity, data and technology. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful work across a diverse portfolio of studio brands while developing a talented team and influencing innovative, best-in-class social strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy and execution across Disney Studios, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact
  • Translate client briefs into clear, compelling recommendations and present work with confidence
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
  • Develop test-and-learn roadmaps, pilot new platforms and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Guide and support a team of specialists
  • Partner with media planning, strategy, and digital investment teams
  • Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and provide insightful reporting

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social campaigns
  • Confident working across key social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Reddit)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience developing or mentoring others
  • Commercial awareness and budget management
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data
  • Curiosity and adaptability
