Overview
We are hiring a Digital Performance Director to play a pivotal role at the heart of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] International’s global Digital Hub. This is a senior, high‑impact opportunity to shape how digital performance is planned, activated and optimised across multiple markets for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, including a leading luxury skincare client.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and support global digital activation teams (onshore and offshore), empowering Digital Managers to deliver consistent operational and executional excellence.
  • Shape, own and evolve the Digital Hub vision alongside the Business Lead, clearly setting priorities and expectations across the team.
  • Guide teams to deliver best‑in‑class optimisation, performance insight and campaign commentary that drives measurable results.
  • Build a connected, inclusive and positive digital team culture, ensuring all team members feel aligned and valued regardless of location.
  • Define and oversee digital activation best‑practice guidelines, translating Hub learnings into smarter future planning.
  • Champion a culture of testing, learning and insight, including the development of a central repository to inform ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Own senior client conversations on digital innovation, performance outcomes and strategic projects, while overseeing robust financial and partner management processes.

Skills we’re looking for

  • Strong experience leading digital channel strategy, planning and activation across social, search and programmatic in multi‑market environments.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop digital activation teams with clarity, empathy and accountability.
  • Confidence building trusted relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, balancing differing priorities and delivering through diverse teams.
  • A solid understanding of digital reporting, ad technology and governance frameworks.
  • Strategic, integrated media thinking with hands‑on knowledge of digital activation and optimisation.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills, with the ability to manage upwards and collaborate effectively across senior leadership.
