Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to help shape how some of the UK’s most trusted health brands show up in people’s everyday lives. Working at the heart of the Haleon partnership, you’ll turn insight into thoughtful, effective communications that genuinely make a difference for consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Leading day‑to‑day communications planning for Haleon brands across campaign and always‑on activity.
  • Turning briefs into clear, insight‑led strategies that align with brand and business priorities.
  • Translating data and audience insight into defined channel roles and compelling planning outputs.
  • Working closely with investment and specialist teams to ensure planning intent lands seamlessly in market.
  • Building trusted relationships with Haleon brand teams through clear, confident and collaborative communication.
  • Owning planning operations, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Capturing learnings and test‑and‑learn outcomes to continuously improve future planning.

Qualifications

  • Experience in communications or media planning within an agency or similar environment.
  • A strong understanding of full‑funnel, integrated communications planning.
  • Confidence turning insight into clear, practical and engaging planning recommendations.
  • An organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with care and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and disciplines.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Curiosity and openness to learning, with an interest in evolving planning tools, effectiveness and innovation.
