This is a full-time, on-site role at the iconic Television Centre in White City, London, with travel to other London offices. The role involves developing and maintaining H&S plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, and managing ISO45001 accreditations.

Overview
We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety manager to develop and maintain H&S plans, policies, and procedures including legal compliance to all workplace related fire and security regulations for all managed properties within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all parties in managed buildings comply with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Create and implement workplace health and safety plans in line with guidelines.
- Review practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risks and legal compliance.
- Provide training and presentations on health and safety topics and accident prevention.
- Monitor compliance in shared areas of managed buildings and escalate non-compliance.
- Inspect equipment and machinery at managed sites to identify unsafe conditions.
- Collaborate with Building Managers to issue permits for contractors.
- Maintain accident and incident records for Resources UK staff and report RIDDOR cases.
- Oversee ISO45001 accreditations for Groupe-managed buildings and ensure BCP requirements.
- Recommend solutions for ongoing health and safety issues.
- Demonstrate understanding of relevant legislation and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Policies (Janus).
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with tenants/clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Safety and Compliance Manager
- Extensive knowledge of Health & Safety legal guidelines
- Produce accurate, concise procedural documents, reports and records.
- Management of ISO45001 accreditations and BCP.
- Management of risk assessments
- NEBOSH qualifications or equivalent.
Skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of SAP.
- Strong management and communication skills

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday to Friday.
