Overview

We are hiring a Global Planning Account Director to lead one of the world’s most influential and innovative brands at a truly global scale. You’ll play a pivotal role in turning ambition into action — partnering closely with senior clients, local markets and specialist teams to deliver work that drives growth and cultural impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning day‑to‑day leadership of Meta’s global planning work
  • Acting as the primary client partner for your portfolio
  • Leading annual planning, global strategy and measurement projects
  • Guiding teams to deliver integrated media plans across brand, performance and innovation
  • Creating clarity and momentum across complex workstreams
  • Developing and supporting managers and executives
  • Identifying opportunities to evolve ways of working

Skills we’re looking for

  • Proven experience leading media planning and client relationships within a media agency environment
  • Confidence working across both traditional and digital media channels at scale
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • A strategic mindset
  • Comfort working across international markets
  • Curiosity about technology and innovation
