Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Social Associate Director to play a leading role on one of the world’s most iconic entertainment brands. Based in London, you’ll shape how audiences experience Disney’s stories across EMEA, delivering high-impact campaigns that connect creativity, data and technology. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful work across a diverse portfolio of studio brands while developing a talented team and influencing innovative, best-in-class social strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across Disney Studios, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and contribute to broader business goals
- Translate client briefs into clear, compelling recommendations and present work with confidence and clarity
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a go-to partner for paid social expertise
- Develop test-and-learn roadmaps, pilot new platforms and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Guide and support a team of specialists, creating an inclusive environment focused on development and high-quality delivery
- Partner with media planning, strategy, and digital investment teams to deliver integrated, cross-channel solutions
- Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and provide insightful reporting that drives continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid social campaigns
- Confident working across key social platforms (such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest or Reddit) with a solid understanding of their strengths
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
- Experience developing or mentoring others, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and maximise performance outcomes
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a proactive approach to learning and evolving alongside the social landscape
