Role Description

• Be the first point of contact for IT queries - by phone, email, or in person.
• Log, track, and resolve issues using Servicedesk ticketing system.
• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot common IT problems under senior staff guidance.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Install and update software applications.
• Support senior IT staff with servers, network devices, and infrastructure.
• Keep IT documentation up-to-date.
• Get involved in small IT projects.
• Seek opportunities to improve IT performance.
• Provide basic user training.
• Escalate issues to senior technicians when necessary.

Occasional travel to other regions (France, Africa, the Middle East) may be required.
