Role Description
- Be the first point of contact for IT queries - by phone, email, or in person.
- Log, track, and resolve issues using Servicedesk ticketing system.
- Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot common IT problems under senior staff guidance.
- Set up and configure computers, printers, and IT equipment.
- Install and update software applications.
- Support senior IT staff with servers, network devices, and infrastructure.
- Keep IT documentation up-to-date.
- Get involved in small IT projects.
- Seek opportunities to improve IT performance.
- Provide basic user training.
- Escalate issues to senior technicians when necessary.
Occasional travel to other regions (France, Africa, the Middle East) may be required.
