Overview
We are hiring a Senior Audience Executive to help shape how one of the world’s most loved entertainment brands connects with audiences across EMEA. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of data, media and planning—turning audience insight into real commercial impact for Disney. You’ll work collaboratively across markets and disciplines, bringing clarity to complexity and helping teams activate audiences more effectively.
Responsibilities
- Owning and optimising Disney EMEA audience inventories across key ad‑tech platforms, ensuring audiences are accurate, scalable and ready for activation.
- Creating and provisioning bespoke audiences that support online campaigns, testing strategies and performance analysis.
- Partnering closely with digital planning teams to strengthen audience planning, activation and reporting.
- Supporting audience adoption across EMEA markets through onboarding, guidance and clear documentation.
- Evaluating audience performance against benchmarks and translating results into practical recommendations and playbooks.
- Identifying new audience opportunities by monitoring live campaigns, site behaviour and conversion signals.
- Turning audience performance and case studies into clear stories that help markets continuously improve how they use first‑ and second‑party data.
Qualifications
- Experience working in areas such as digital planning, programmatic, paid social, audience management or marketing technology.
- Confidence using advertising or marketing platforms, with curiosity to keep learning as technology evolves.
- Strong analytical thinking paired with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, accessible way.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across regions and disciplines.
- An organised and proactive approach to managing priorities and delivering high‑quality work.
- Interest in how data and audiences drive business growth and better customer experiences.
- The confidence to contribute ideas, challenge constructively, and support stronger ways of working.
