Overview

The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our Global Media Finance team, reporting to the Global Media Financial Controller. This is a high-visibility role with exposure across Global Media HQ and Group Corporate Finance, offering strong development opportunities and potential for progression within the year.

You’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class financial reporting, supporting business decisions, and driving financial performance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts across Global Media HQ entities
  • Lead balance sheet reconciliations and oversee financial controls
  • Manage headcount and salary reconciliations, working closely with HR and Payroll
  • Support Group reporting (flash, forecasts, variance analysis)
  • Own the monthly rolling forecast, including personnel costs and recharges
  • Deliver insightful P&L reporting with clear variance analysis
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations
  • Support audits and internal control processes

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Finance/Accounting roles
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and commercial awareness
  • Experience preparing and forecasting P&L
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/FP&A systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Previous management experience is a plus
