Overview
We are hiring a Paid Social Account Manager to shape and deliver best‑in‑class paid social campaigns for a flagship global client. This role sits at the heart of multi‑market delivery, where smart strategy, thoughtful testing and strong collaboration come together to drive real performance. You’ll be hands‑on with campaigns while helping others grow, working in a supportive environment with clear processes and space to innovate. If you enjoy turning data into action and ideas into impact, this is a role where your work will be seen and valued.
Responsibilities
- Owning paid social planning, activation and optimisation across major platforms, ensuring campaigns are set up for strong performance and clear learning
- Building campaign structures that enable effective testing, insightful reporting and scalable success across markets
- Leading test‑and‑learn initiatives, including new formats, platform betas and innovation trials that genuinely add value
- Translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations that inform next steps, not just reports
- Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day partner on a global account, collaborating closely with clients and hub teams
- Keeping multi‑market activity organised, on track and well‑communicated, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Supporting and mentoring two junior team members, balancing high‑quality delivery with development and future planning
Qualifications
- Experience delivering paid social strategy and activation, ideally within an agency or similar fast‑moving environment
- Hands‑on knowledge of Meta and TikTok, with exposure to other social platforms welcomed
- Confidence working across global or multi‑market accounts in a structured, collaborative way
- Clear and considered communication skills, with experience presenting to clients or senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise calmly when managing multiple workstreams
- A curious mindset, with a genuine interest in testing, learning and continuous improvement
- A supportive approach to teamwork, with motivation to help others do their best work
