Overview
We’re hiring an Analytics Manager to help shape how one of the world’s most recognised technology brands understands and activates its marketing performance. Sitting at the heart of Adobe.Pub, this role plays a pivotal part in turning complex data into insight that genuinely influences strategy and decision‑making. You’ll work alongside smart, collaborative teams across markets, bringing clarity, curiosity and craft to full‑funnel analytics. If you enjoy solving meaningful problems and helping others make better decisions with data, this is a role where your work will truly be seen.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, actionable analytical approaches.
- Delivering advanced campaign and full‑funnel analysis to understand what’s driving performance and where to optimise.
- Turning complex datasets into practical insight that informs strategy, planning and investment decisions.
- Designing and maintaining clear, intuitive dashboards that make performance easy to understand and act on.
- Leading deep‑dive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities and performance drivers across markets.
- Developing repeatable playbooks and best practices that can scale across regions and teams.
- Supporting and mentoring analysts, contributing to a collaborative, high‑quality analytics culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing analytics, including campaign measurement and optimisation.
- A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and attribution approaches.
- Confidence working with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI, to tell clear performance stories.
- Solid Excel capability and comfort working with complex datasets.
- The ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in helping teams make better decisions with data.
