Overview

We are hiring a DDT Analytics Associate Director to play a pivotal role in shaping how data, technology and insight drive meaningful growth for some of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s most recognisable brands. Sitting within our Digital, Data & Technology (DDT) consultancy team, this role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on analytics to solve real client challenges. You’ll work at the intersection of media, data and creativity, influencing decisions that move both people and business forward. Responsibilities

  • Owning and shaping the analytics output across your client portfolio, ensuring insight directly supports business outcomes.
  • Using exploratory analysis to inform planning decisions and day‑to‑day optimisation across digital activity.
  • Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories through visualisation and presentation.
  • Leading the creation of tools and scalable solutions, including automation and AI‑enabled approaches.
  • Partnering closely with planning, activation and technical teams to define the right measurement solutions.
  • Developing and mentoring analysts, supporting learning, confidence and quality of output.
  • Contributing to a strong analytics culture by challenging ways of working and improving processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering analytics or measurement work within a media, marketing or digital environment.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and uncovering insights that inform decision‑making.
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding and visualisation tools used in media and marketing analytics.
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across disciplines and teams.
  • Strong organisation skills, able to balance multiple workstreams and priorities.
  • Curiosity and motivation to keep learning, experimenting and improving how analytics creates value.
