The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Valuer to join our Agency team in Northumberland covering the area between Alnwick and Hexham. You will be exposed to a wide range of properties, undertaking viewings, valuations, finalising marketing reports and enhancing photography skills. This exciting role will set a new challenge to an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who is able to work both in a team and on their own and has great drive with a passion for property.

Primary Objectives & Successful Candidate

  • To build relationships with clients to maintain long-term relationships
  • To provide accurate and reliable valuations
  • Formulate well-reasoned options on value backed up by comparable evidence
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards and maintain outstanding professional standards
  • Ensure comprehensive and accurate collection of all relevant facts
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and potential purchasers
  • Have previous experience in Valuations
  • Have a confident personality with excellent communication skills
  • Have a proven and quantifiable track record of achieving targets
  • Be self-motivated, possess a pro-active approach and customer service focused approach
