Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the implementation of global master data governance initiatives, including MDG solution rollouts and governance standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate governance decisions into actionable system and process requirements.
- Document business processes, data standards, and governance workflows to support consistent global adoption.
- Create and maintain functional specifications for governance-related system enhancements.
- Conduct fit/gap analysis between business needs and MDG solution capabilities to reduce custom development.
- Support workflow design and configuration (e.g., change request types, approval groups, notifications).
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and feedback loops with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Assist in initial data migration and reconciliation efforts, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Monitor adoption of governance practices and identify areas for improvement or additional support.
- Contribute to the development of KPIs and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and data quality improvements; prepare presentation materials and deliver insights in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Support change management efforts, including training, communication, and onboarding of new governance processes.
- Ensure governance activities comply with internal audit requirements, SOX regulations, and broader data governance policies.
