As a Cleaning Operative, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining the high standards that keep our warehouse running safely, smoothly, and professionally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards across all warehouse areas, ensuring a clean, tidy, and hazard-free environment at all times
  • Removing pallets, waste, and packaging efficiently, while promoting and following best recycling practices
  • Responding quickly and effectively to spillages and potential hazards, communicating clearly with colleagues to keep everyone safe
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties, including managing hygiene materials and assisting where needed
  • Following all health and safety procedures, helping to protect your team, our products, and our customers

This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift — a good level of physical fitness will set you up for success.
