About the role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], stock accuracy underpins everything we do. We're looking for a PI Operative to join our Stock Team, supporting the control, accuracy, and integrity of stock across a busy multi temperature foodservice depot.

What you'll be doing

  • Completing perpetual inventory counts across all warehouse areas
  • Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting root cause analysis
  • Managing short dated and stock at risk products
  • Supporting customer credit and stock investigation processes
  • Maintaining accurate warehouse layout and location control
  • Working at height using MEWP / scissor lift equipment (training provided)
  • Supporting quarantine and compliance processes
  • Ensuring products are correctly located, labelled, and scanned within systems
  • Working closely with operational teams to prevent repeat stock issues

What we're looking for

  • Experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments
  • Confidence working at height or willingness to be trained on MEWP equipment
  • Good IT and system confidence
  • Someone proactive who takes ownership rather than walks past problems
