Job Description

A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns within targeted strategic accounts. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution (20% strategy, 80% execution).

Responsibilities

  • Strategically lead marketing efforts within the UK crafting personalised marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness within targeted strategic accounts
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content and thought leadership, digital marketing (social media, SEO), events, webinars, and analyst interactions
  • Design and implement targeted email campaigns focusing on specific C-suite decision makers
  • Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives
  • Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging
  • Enhance organisational capabilities by implementing effective marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to support growth
  • Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches
  • Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support

Requirements

  • Track record of experience in marketing B2B insurance / financial services
  • Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing
  • Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution)
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Passionate with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to make an impact
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for driving success
