Job Description
A B2B financial services provider is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to design and implement marketing campaigns within targeted strategic accounts. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution (20% strategy, 80% execution).
Responsibilities
- Strategically lead marketing efforts within the UK crafting personalised marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness within targeted strategic accounts
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content and thought leadership, digital marketing (social media, SEO), events, webinars, and analyst interactions
- Design and implement targeted email campaigns focusing on specific C-suite decision makers
- Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities to ensure consistent messaging
- Enhance organisational capabilities by implementing effective marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to support growth
- Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches
- Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support
Requirements
- Track record of experience in marketing B2B insurance / financial services
- Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing
- Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor / execution role (20% strategy, 80% execution)
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Passionate with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to make an impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for driving success
- Goal-oriented, proactive, structured, and process-led
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams
