Brand Activation Manager
Location: London | Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Annually | Work Type: Permanent (Full-time) | Hybrid
About the Role
I am working with a leading fitness & lifestyle brand on a key hire within their marketing team. This is a crucial role driving their ambition to be the leading Social Wellness Club, bringing the brand to life through standout events, partnerships, and experiences that build community, drive engagement, and elevate a premium proposition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of in-club and large-scale events
- Developing and executing brand activation and partnership strategies
- Managing PR agency relationships to drive impactful coverage
- Working cross-functionally to ensure all activations deliver commercial ROI
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years in events, brand activation, or experiential marketing
- Background in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Proven experience delivering high-impact, large-scale activations
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on acquisition, engagement & retention
- Confident stakeholder manager with a hands-on approach
