[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Telford is a vibrant 11 screen Reclining cinema located at Southwater Square, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Telford is a complexity 4 cinema contain both IMAX and 4DX screen along with a Starbucks Store. The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers and 1 Starbucks store Manager, 3 Team Leaders and 1 Starbucks Supervisors.
Starbucks Barista
The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values
- Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do
- Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
