You will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the cinema, setting the standard of exceptional customer service, and leading the team in our value of 'Nothing is too much trouble'. Required to work 40 hours per week over any seven days, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
• Stock control
• Cash management
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Recruitment, induction and training
• Coaching Supervisors and Customer Service Assistants
• Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
• Delivery of the Company value that Nothing Is Too Much Trouble
• Performance management
• Operations management
• Budgetary management
