About You

We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our busy Kitchen Team. The Cinema City Kitchen Team deliver high standards across the board and as well as serving our Daily Brunch, Main, Pizza and Kids Menu we also cater for a number of events. Previous experience in Kitchens is a MUST. Contract will be for a minimum 20 hours.

What You Will Be Doing

General Kitchen Duties

• Deliver menus to company specification, served in a timely manner.
• Prepare dishes to company specification sheets, preparing and cooking food to consistently high standards.
• Receive deliveries as per company procedure, ensuring discrepancies are actioned and HACCP procedures are followed.
• Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Health & Safety

• Follow all Health & Safety Policies with a Spot it, Sort it approach.
• Work efficiently using all pieces of equipment correctly and with care.
• Open and close kitchen areas, ensuring paperwork is complete and cleaning duties done.
• Attend staff meetings and shift briefings.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, maintaining a 5* rating.

Product Knowledge and Sales

• Ensure all wastage is correctly recorded, maintaining highest standards of food hygiene and presentation.
