FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is the first global bridal group. We are currently recruiting a Temporary Bridal Seamstress/Fitter for our London store.

Responsibilities

Follow up with the Alterations Manager the daily/weekly agenda to organise and have the dress ready for each appointment.
Carry out the Fittings according to the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Protocols, advising the customer regarding the alterations to be made on the gown and suggest total look options by offering accessories.
Carry out the alterations for each gown meeting up to the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] timing and quality standards.
Registrer on the system all the Alterations done each day.
Ensure a proper store image by following the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] image and visual standards.

Requirements

Consolidated experience in made to measure dressmaking.
Strong hand & machine sewing skills.
Knowledge of bridal or occasionwear is a plus.
Positive, passionate over delivering excellent customer experience.
Results oriented, strong teamworker, great problem solver.
Excellent communication skills; knowledge of different languages valued.
