Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

Location: Rushock Trading Estate, Droitwich - Worcestershire

Salary: Up to £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, hybrid working available

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing incoming opportunities and converting them into sales, building a strong sales pipeline. You will manage customer enquiries, provide product or service information, prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on leads to convert them into sales. The role also involves resolving customer queries regarding pricing, availability and delivery, maintaining accurate sales records and CRM data and preparing reports and documentation as required. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, maintain a good understanding of products and market trends and work closely with sales, marketing and customer service teams to deliver excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You are able to prioritise effectively, manage changing demands and remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality work on time. With a methodical approach to planning, you break down objectives into manageable tasks, monitor progress and adjust priorities when needed to ensure results are delivered. You are committed to continuous improvement and keeping up to date with industry developments. You support colleagues through coaching and collaboration and you communicate clearly with people at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients. Commercially aware and results-focused, you understand the wider business context and make decisions that support organisational goals. You can analyse information, manage resources responsibly and identify opportunities that add value for both the organisation and its clients, taking ownership and delivering strong outcomes.
