Job Description

A Busy Prestige franchise business has a requirement for an experienced New & Used Car Automotive Sales Manager to join their dealership in Lancashire.

Requirements

You will need to be able to show previous experience in increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency in a challenging franchise environment working to the very highest standards.

Ensuring an outstanding customer experience is of the highest priority of this business. Willingness to embrace customer expectations, adapt to a changing market and deliver to and beyond the extra mile are a prerequisite for a successful candidate in this role.

The successful applicant will be a strong leader; with good people management skills. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximize customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.
