Senior 3D Packaging Designer

London | Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £60k per year

We’re looking for a Senior 3D Packaging Designer to join a highly creative in-house team within the beauty and lifestyle space.

The Opportunity

As a Senior 3D Packaging Designer, you’ll lead concept development across packaging projects, from initial sketch through to final execution. You’ll play a key role in delivering creative strategy and design excellence, influencing how products come to life on shelf and connect with audiences. There’s real scope for ownership here, with the opportunity to grow your strategic thinking, collaborate cross-functionally and stay at the forefront of beauty and fashion trends.

About You

We’re open-minded about backgrounds, but you’ll likely bring:

  • Strong experience in packaging or brand design
  • Exposure to beauty, fashion or CPG industries
  • Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino and Keyshot
  • Confidence in illustration and concept sketching
  • A sharp eye for typography, layout and detail
  • Experience managing projects from concept through to completion

Bonus if you’ve explored AI tools such as Midjourney.
