Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• A people-person with top-tier communication skills—friendly, professional, and confident
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or travel industries
• Detail-oriented and committed to high service standards
• Tech-savvy and quick with office applications
• Bonus points for Cantonese or Japanese skills and deep travel industry knowledge (GDS and flight systems a plus)
