[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a national Autocentre network and is recognised as the leading clutch, brake, service, cambelt and MOT provider, with over 45 Autocentres throughout the UK. The company are looking to build and grow their marketing efforts, and are therefore looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to help drive the business forward.

Job Description

We have a very exciting opening for a Marketing Assistant, offering the opportunity to gain invaluable marketing experience. This position is ideal for a graduate!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee monthly direct mail campaigns with supplier
  • Plan, develop and deliver email campaigns every 6-8 weeks with supplier
  • Develop artwork alongside a designer
  • Oversee the running of the customer loyalty programme
  • Update and maintain the website, Intranet and CRM system alongside suppliers
  • Report on SEO performance and provide insights alongside supplier
  • Conduct market research
  • Oversee internal communications on Intranet to ensure that all branches are kept up to date with the latest information
  • Help with planning, developing and delivering other online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Monitor the marketing mailbox and action emails accordingly

Ideal Candidate

  • Have a passion for marketing with relevant qualifications
  • Great excel and data interpretation skills
  • Great knowledge of MS Office
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of the English language
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team

Additional Information

This role reports into the Marketing Manager and sits within the Marketing and Customer Service Team, so the successful candidate will be required to assist the Customer Services Team in answering incoming calls and live chats during peak periods. The candidate will also be required to carry out any other duties that the company may request from time to time that have not been included in the above.

40 hours per week: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with an hour's unpaid lunchbreak.
