Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

Purpose of Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Quality & Audit Administrator to join our Quality, Improvement & Audit Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong office administration experience who is looking to develop further within a professional quality and audit environment.

Job Description

You will support document management, audit coordination, reporting and general administrative support across The Way We Work (TWWW) platform and associated quality systems.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and upload documents to the TWWW platform.
  • Maintain document registers, ensuring accuracy of review dates, owners and version control.
  • Manage SharePoint libraries and support scheduled updates to the TWWW Dictionary (Signavio).
  • Track workflows, feedback and overdue documents, producing reports where needed.
  • Monitor leaver lists to identify document owners needing reassignment.
  • Support planning and coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Liaise with auditors and internal teams for smooth scheduling.
  • Assist with formatting, version control and publication of audit and assessment reports.
  • Maintain ISO and similar certificate records.
  • Produce performance reports, charts and metrics for the Quality, Improvement & Audit Team.
  • Manage purchase orders, goods received notes and document control within the QII DMS.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

  • Must live locally to Watford.
  • Office administration experience (preferably in a quality or process-driven setting).
  • Good general education (GCSE level or equivalent).
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organisation, time-management and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Interest in Quality, Improvement or Audit.
  • Experience with SharePoint, document control or process management systems.

  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas.
  • Comfortable engaging in team discussions and continuous improvement activities.
