SUMMARY

The Managing Director – Private Markets is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s global private markets product strategy and go-to-market model, with a focus on private equity, private credit and real asset managers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Private Markets Strategy & Market Leadership: Define and execute [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s global private markets growth strategy across private equity, private credit and real assets. Identify priority client segments, geographies, and product opportunities across Europe, The United States and other international markets. Develop a differentiated market positioning for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s private markets solutions business. Represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as a thought leader across the global private markets ecosystem.
  • Product Strategy & Value Proposition: Shape the end-to-end product offering for private markets managers across the lifecycle of a fund. Integrate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s capabilities across: Management company services, Governance and regulatory oversight, Distribution enablement, Fund & corporate administration. Develop clear value propositions tailored by client segment including emerging managers, mid-market private equity sponsors, large global asset managers, private credit platforms, wealth allocators. Ensure product innovation remains aligned with regulatory trends and evolving investor demands. Identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability through evolving cycles. Create a defined plan around retailisation of private markets for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] including development of relationships with complementary distribution partners and intermediaries.
  • Commercial Growth & Go-to-Market Execution: Establish specific Private Market revenue target goals for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across private markets. Partner with the global client coverage and sales teams to originate and close new mandates. Lead strategic pursuits with key global asset managers. Build a sustainable pipeline of private markets opportunities.
