The Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – PVC to support and grow our PVC portfolio across the European market. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical expertise in PVC products, capable of building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of PVC customers across Europe
- Drive commercial growth across: Paste PVC, Plasticizers, C-PVC, PVC Compounds
- Lead technical-commercial discussions with customers and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, finance, and risk teams
- Monitor European PVC market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms
Profile & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PVC, polymers, or related chemical markets
- Strong technical understanding of: Paste PVC, Plasticizers, C-PVC, PVC Compounds
- Proven track record in commercial development and account management
- Ability to translate technical product knowledge into commercial opportunities
- Experience operating in international and multicultural environments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
Languages
Fluency in English (required). Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) strongly preferred.
