The Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – PVC to support and grow our PVC portfolio across the European market. This role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical expertise in PVC products, capable of building strategic partnerships and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of PVC customers across Europe
  • Drive commercial growth across: Paste PVC, Plasticizers, C-PVC, PVC Compounds
  • Lead technical-commercial discussions with customers and suppliers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, operations, finance, and risk teams
  • Monitor European PVC market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms

Profile & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PVC, polymers, or related chemical markets
  • Strong technical understanding of: Paste PVC, Plasticizers, C-PVC, PVC Compounds
  • Proven track record in commercial development and account management
  • Ability to translate technical product knowledge into commercial opportunities
  • Experience operating in international and multicultural environments
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

Languages

Fluency in English (required). Additional European language (German, Italian, or French) strongly preferred.
