Early Years Educator West Wickham
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) for its West Wickham branch. The role involves supporting the staff team with planning, observation, and assessment, and providing stimulating inclusive learning opportunities for children aged 4 months to 5 years. The nursery prides itself on high-quality, sustainable, natural environments and has been established for over 20 years.
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to provide and maintain a high quality, stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
- To plan and prepare purposeful learning opportunities using a range of creative approaches which foster curiosity.
- Ability to work as a member of a team, sharing experience and knowledge.
- Provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
- A good understanding of the EYFS and experience of working with children within the early years.

Requirements
- A Level 3 full and relevant qualification in Early Years Childcare for a minimum of 2 years.
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- An enthusiastic, positive and proactive attitude to work.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in partnership with parents.

- To participate in training and other learning activities/meetings as required.
- Hold an appropriate first aid qualification or be willing to undertake one.
